Innovation

Our aim when working with clients on innovation is twofold: (a) to develop, integrate and sustain innovation processes, structures, procedures and cultural aspects within the own organisation, and (b) to turn ideas into innovations by realising new products, services and business models on the market. We accompany our clients every step of the challenging way that mostly follows the idea generating phase. Of eminent importance to us is bringing strategy and innovation together and developing a sustainable innovation culture that enables organisations to permanently bring forth innovations from within.

Ultimately, innovations must create value for the organisation. In this respect, it is important to avoid costly failures by means of fast prototyping and rapid learning. Taken innovation work seriously quite often means disappointment and failures, especially when aiming to bring forth radical innovations. The art of prototyping is to fail early and economically.

For us, innovation is the manifestation of realising inventions and novel ideas that provide companies or societies with a major advantage or benefit. Thus, innovation results include new products, new services, novel business models or new organisational structures and processes.
