We ask the “right“ questions.

This is our core competence. By “right questions“ we mean such questions that deeply explore in a systematic manner the essence of the innovation object or --with strategy issues-- the identity of an organisation. This kind of questioning enables clients to see future potentialities which have not been thought of before and often leads to radical new insights. These constitute the foundation for the following step, where our clients search for creative answers or solutions. Never contrariwise, since we have all too often experienced the profund difference this approach makes.

Depending on the specific task we work with different methods and tools. Methodically,we are influenced by a systemic approach, by design thinking, by C.O. Scharmer´s Theory U and by systems thinking.
