At this we see our role as facilitators, who orchestrate the involved and necessary organisational processes. Bringing the organisational strategy, culture and innovation activities together is decisive for us and accompanies our work permanently.

Besides consulting our clients, we devote a major part of our time to the exploration and development of state-of-the-art innovation- and strategy-technologies. This has led to the foundation of the spin-off theLivingCore, an atelier for radical innovations.

We pay particular attention to the sustainability of our interventions and will not leave you high and dry. Hence, we accompany our clients every step of the challenging way in realising strategies and ideas. This we do also in form of trainings in order to anchor the new within the exsisting organisation.
